SPARTAN TRAINING

Time to set an epic goal for yourself. Push your limits and train for the next Spartan Race on this 8-week session with Spartan aficionado, Coach Amy Crean.  In this one-hour, weekly training session you will develop the tactical strength needed for specific Spartan obstacles while improving overall strength and endurance.You will be ready to CRUSH the next Spartan Race.
