inbody SCAN

Say goodbye to GUESSING your Body Composition or relying solely on your basic bathroom scale to measure results.

If you are trying to lose body fat and/or build muscle, this is an easy-to-use, non-invasive body scan that provides you detailed metrics you can use to track your progress throughout the year. Go beyond just stepping on your at-home scale to tell you ONE metric.

With the Inbody 570 Scan you will get a complete print out of YOUR specific data points to track, and in the
consult we can help you decide on the next steps of your fitness plan for success.

Schedule an appointment with one of our fitness professionals who will lead you through a body-composition analysis that includes more than 20 measurements!
Provides information about:

  • Weight
  • Dry lean mass

Should I eat before my appointment?

The test gives the best results on an empty stomach, or at least 2 hours after your last meal.

Do I need to go to the bathroom before my scan?

It is best to empty your bladder prior to the test.

Can I exercise before the scan?

Any strenuous exercise or sharp movements can cause temporary changes in your body composition. It is best to use the scale prior to a workout.

Can I do the scan while menstruating?

Because of the amount of changes in body’s water during your menstrual cycle, we suggest scheduling around it for the most accurate results.

I have a pacemaker. Can I use the InBody?

It is not recommended for use with pacemakers or implanted defibrillators.
