The 30-Day Sprint is the ideal plan for those who want to lose weight, or simply reign it in, fast. No starvation. No extremes or fads. A weight loss plan that structures your meals, suggests cardio and strength, and gives you options for 30 days. In the end, you get GREAT results, and a plan that you can utilize to maintain the weight loss.

You can choose when you start, and lead the charge on your own, or you can sign-up for one of our scheduled Sprints, which offer more accountability and resources.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I would run 7 miles on a Saturday for fun. I played in soccer leagues. Then I had my son 3 years ago. Shortly after I was pregnant with my daughter. After my son, I didn’t get down to my pre baby weight. While I only gained 30 lbs both pregnancies, I still hung on to that last 10 lbs. 30 Day SprinT FAQs

Do I need to be a member or workout at The Fitness Asylum?

No! Not only do you not need to be a member or workout at The Fitness Asylum, you can do this from ANYWHERE in the world, and workouts are not mandatory for success (but of course encouraged).

When does it start?

You can do this program at any time. Throughout the year we will offer group Sprints with an option for an accountability coach, which will have a specific start/end date. Those will be listed when available.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You don’t have to eat foods that you are allergic to (or don’t enjoy – for the most part). This program does use written meal plans and not macros. Macros will not be provided for vegetarians or vegans.

If I select the accountability coach, do I meet them in-person?

Check-ins are all done online, and you do not need to be in-person. The accountability coach will be an experienced member of The Fitness Asylum staff team, and may vary from Sprint to Sprint.

How is this different from The Body Challenge or The Bikini Competition Team?

The Sprint is a do-it-yourself, fast-track program that does not prepare you to get on a bodybuilding stage to compete, or participate in a team with a Captain or Coach. This program does not include team tracking, prizes, or professional before and after photos.We do offer an accountability option as part of The 30-Day Sprint Plus, which is not the same level of coaching that our competitors or challengers receive.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in The 30-Day Sprint.
