Try something new, and challenge yourself with a simple, effective tool: resistance bands! This class combines resistance bands, weights, and bodyweight to deliver a challenge, low impact workout. Resistance Band Training challenges full body functional movements, as well as isolating specific muscle groups to develop strength, core stability and form. RBT is adaptable for all fitness levels will guarantee you that full body blast targeting all muscle groups. Each class will include a banded warm-up, full body workout and cool down finisher.
