BARBELL LAB

Level-up your strength training skill set with this limited-series specialty training class.

Each week you will enjoy a challenging, effective workout, learning the proper form for barbell exercises – from deadlifts and squats, to rows and presses – led by a certified Trainer. Not only will you feel your muscles light up, you will increase mobility, and build confidence at “the bar” in a safe and fun gym setting. NEW SESSIONS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON FOR WINTER/SPRING 2024!

You will be required to create or log-in to a Mind Body Online (MBO) account to sign-up. There is no charge to create an account.
