Are you a high school athlete ready to amp up your fitness during the off-season and supercharge your conditioning? Or do you know a teen girl eager to deepen her passion for fitness and boost her confidence?

🎉 Introducing our Strong Girls class – the ultimate destination for teen girls aged 12-17 who are poised to level up their fitness game! Join us for exhilarating 60-minute sessions each week, where you’ll master the right form and techniques for a range of exercises specially tailored for you.

Our Strong Girls class offers more than just physical training; it’s a supportive space where teens can build confidence, strength, and embrace the importance of a healthy, fit lifestyle.

Coach Paula Ryder leads our Strong Girls class with over 20 years of teaching physical education at Marlborough High School. As a certified group fitness coach, she’s committed to empowering young women through fitness. 

During each of our weekly 60-minute sessions, teens will learn proper form and technique when performing various exercises in a bootcamp all their own. 

This class is not currently enrolling, but we have other options you may be interested in!
