We have just the class for you! During each of our weekly 60-minute sessions, teens will learn proper form and technique when performing various exercises in a bootcamp all their own. Most importantly, our StrongGirls will build confidence, strength and the value of living a healthy, fit lifestyle. This class Is limited to teen girls ages 13-17. NEW SESSION COMING SOON!
