Work your core from the inside out with this challenging strength and conditioning class perfect for those who already enjoy our bootcamp workouts. This class concentrates on building your core strength. Every class will have you working your hips, glutes and abs from every angle. Expect to deadlift, do band work and even some old-school direct ab work. Having a strong core is essential to being strong everywhere and in all your daily activities as well. This six-week session is taught by Coach Pam.
