I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I would run 7 miles on a Saturday for fun. I played in soccer leagues. Then I had my son 3 years ago. Shortly after I was pregnant with my daughter. After my son, I didn’t get down to my pre baby weight. While I only gained 30 lbs both pregnancies, I still hung on to that last 10 lbs. 30 Day SprinT FAQs
Do I need to be a member or workout at The Fitness Asylum?
No! Not only do you not need to be a member or workout at The Fitness Asylum, you can do this from ANYWHERE in the world, and workouts are not mandatory for success (but of course encouraged).
When does it start?
Start right now, if you’d like. This is a self-paced 30-day program. You’ll have access to the program materials for 45 days, starting at the time of purchase.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
You don’t have to eat foods that you are allergic to (or don’t enjoy – for the most part). This program does use written meal plans and not macros. Macros will not be provided for vegetarians or vegans.
How is this different from The Body Challenge or The Bikini Competition Team?
The Sprint is a do-it-yourself, fast-track program that does not prepare you to get on a bodybuilding stage to compete, or participate in a team. This program does not include team tracking, prizes, or professional before and after photos.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in The 30-Day Sprint.
