🎉 Introducing our Strong Girls class – the ultimate destination for teen girls aged 12-17 who are poised to level up their fitness game! Join us for exhilarating 60-minute sessions each week, where you’ll master the right form and techniques for a range of exercises specially tailored for you.
Our Strong Girls class offers more than just physical training; it’s a supportive space where teens can build confidence, strength, and embrace the importance of a healthy, fit lifestyle.
During each of our weekly 60-minute sessions, teens will learn proper form and technique when performing various exercises in a bootcamp all their own.

Did you know our youth memberships are available to kids as young as 12 years old? We also offer Youth Memberships that give your teen access to our regularly scheduled classes.
