When does it start?
The 6-week program begins on June 23, 2025 and runs through July 31, 2025.
HOW & WHEN DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM MATERIALS?
Access to The Super Shred program in our online platform begins on June 19, 2025.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any of our nutrition programs.
