The Fitness Asylum’s FIT ANYWHERE ON DEMAND is a series of workouts you can purchase to do anytime, anywhere you want. Filmed in one of our gyms, each workout is led by our Real Coaches. That’s right! Our coaches walk the walk, talk the talk, and are passionate about helping our clients reach their full potential wherever life take them.
We help you navigate every exercise from kettlebells swings, to bicycle kicks, man makers to the Infamous burpee…we are focused on you the entire workout and provide real instruction the from START to FINISH.
Each video includes one warm-up and four workouts. Save money and bundle all three series for $49.97
