Semi Private Coaching

This is our version of one-on-one personal training—but better. Personal training in MA can cost well over $100 per session, but at The Fitness Asylum we make elite-level coaching accessible and affordable. dOES THE FITNESS ASYLUM HAVE AGE REQUIREMENTS TO WORKOUT?

Everyone is welcome at The Fitness Asylum! Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we’ve got a place for you.

Our Youth Memberships are available for ages 12-21, and for those 12-14, an adult must accompany them to all classes and work out alongside them.

Our Nutrition Programs are open to anyone 18 and older.

Do you offer modifications for different fitness levels?

Yes! Our coaches are trained to provide modifications for all fitness levels, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned athlete. We’ll help you scale movements to match your ability while still pushing you to improve. No matter where you’re starting, we’ve got you covered!

What type of GROUP classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of strength and conditioning classes designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Our group classes include:

  • Bootcamp – A fast-paced, 40-45 minute workout combining strength training and cardio using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises at different stations.
  • L.I.F.T. (Lower Intensity Full-Body Training) – A strength-focused class without cardio, perfect for building muscle and power using weights with unique class formats.
  • METCON30 – A high-intensity, 30-minute metabolic conditioning workout that alternates between high and low-intensity exercises to maximize fat burning.
  • PRIMETIME – A structured, traditional strength training class focused on tracking weights without a set timer or cardio elements.
  • RIPPED – A class designed to push your strength and conditioning to the next level.

Each class is built to help you reach your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to tone up, build strength, or improve endurance!
